Our assets |
Pioneer V.C. Fund III was closed to new investors as of October 2004, and we are
no longer acquiring dot-com assets.
The last of our portfolio companies were successfully sold and we do not foresee
the need for additional funding in the future.
All investors have received their equity payouts and operating
proceeds. Contact Rita Roberts, interim Chief Financial Officer, for tax documents and/or
specific IRS reporting requirements.
A sincere "Thank you" to our investors, mentors, fund managers, portfolio managers, supporters, and
everyone who helped us along the way.
